big night for MAN in Spain. Backed by some of the most respected experts in the transport industry, the jury of the 2026 National Transport Awards has named the MAN TGX D30 PowerLion “Truck of the Year 2026 in Spain”.
The award recognises its outstanding efficiency, exceptional fuel savings and strong long-distance performance - a distinction that makes us immensely proud.
And the evening didn’t stop there. At the ceremony held on 4 February in Madrid, MAN Iberia also received two further major awards. The MAN Lion’s Coach E was named “Coach of the Year 2026 in Spain”, while the MAN TGE, developed in collaboration with the bodybuilder Burillo, was awarded “Minibus of the Year 2026 in Spain”.
These awards were decided by a jury of 886 transport professionals and technical experts – people who work with these vehicles every day, making this recognition particularly meaningful.
As Stéphane de Creisquer, Managing Director of MAN Truck & Bus Iberia, stated: “We are delighted with this triple success. It clearly underlines our strong position in the Spanish transport sector and how well our vehicles are received by the market and our customers.”
