Valuno comments on prosecution against former executives

Valuno Group AB has been informed that prosecution has been initiated against two individuals who previously held executive positions in the company.
The prosecution relates to events in 2025 and is directed against the individuals concerned. The company will provide no further comments due to the ongoing legal process, other than that Valuno assists the legal process if needed.
