Smoltek has applied for delisting from Spotlight Stock Market to switch to Nordic Growth Market

Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) (“Smoltek” or the “Company”) announces that an application for the delisting of all the Company’s financial instruments from Spotlight Stock Market has been submitted today. Smoltek has previously applied for, and been approved for, listing on the Nordic Growth Market (NGM).
Smoltek has today submitted an application for delisting from Spotlight Stock Market. The application has been approved, and the final day of trading on Spotlight Stock Market will be Friday, October 23, 2026. As of Monday, October 26, trading in all of Smoltek’s financial instruments will commence on the Nordic Growth Market (NGM).
Shareholders in Smoltek do not need to take any action in connection with this change of marketplace.
