Number of shares and votes in Oncopeptides

STOCKHOLM – October 30, 2026 – Oncopeptides AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: ONCO), a biotech company focused on research and development of therapies for difficult-to-treat hematological diseases, today announces that the number of shares and votes in Oncopeptides have changed as a result of the completion of a directed share issue of 50,000,000 ordinary shares to Swedish and international institutional investors, which was announced on 13 October 2026.

As of today, the total number of shares in Oncopeptides amounts to 445,287,003 shares, of which 431,357,758 are ordinary shares and 13,929,245 are class C shares. As of today, the number of votes in Oncopeptides amounts to 432,750,682.5, and the share capital amounts to SEK 49,476,335.675981.
