Following share repurchases between September and October 2026, Catena Media plc (the “company”) holds 3,965,809 of its own ordinary shares as of 26 October 2026, corresponding to 5.03 per cent of the total number of shares in the company. The company has submitted a notification of major holdings to itself and to the Malta Financial Services Authority.
