Magle Chemoswed Holding AB (publ) terminates liquidity provider agreement regarding trading in the company’s shares

Magle Chemoswed Holding AB (publ), reg. no. 556913-4710 ("Magle Group" or the "Company"), announces that the Company has today, 4 November 2026, given notice of termination of its agreement with Pareto Securities AB as liquidity provider for the Company’s shares. Pareto Securities AB will cease to act as liquidity provider for the Company’s shares with effect from today.

The decision is based on the upcoming delisting of the Company’s shares from Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
