JM starting production of housing in Ullensaker

JM has started production of 87 freehold apartments in Jessheim, in the municipality of Ullensaker north of Oslo.

The housing start constitutes the second of five phases in the Allergotskogen project and comprises four apartment buildings. JM will develop a total of approximately 300 residential units in the area, with proximity to both nature and local services.

The housing start is reported within the JM Norway business segment in the fourth quarter of 2026. Sales are underway, and occupancy is planned to start in the fourth quarter of 2027. Completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2028.
