Goldsky Announces Termination of Liquidity Provider Agreement

VANCOUVER, B.C., November 6, 2026 /CNW/ – Goldsky Resources Corp. (TSX-V: GSKR, FNSE: GSKR SDB, OTCQX: GSKRF, FRA: HEG0) ("Goldsky Resources" or the "Company") announces that the Company has terminated its agreement with Mangold Fondförvaltning AB regarding the assignment as liquidity provider.

The liquidity provider arrangement was established to support trading activity in the Company's shares, enhance market liquidity and minimize price fluctuations. Following a review, the Company determined that the existing level of trading activity and liquidity was adequate, making the continued engagement of a liquidity provider less beneficial. Accordingly, the arrangement was terminated following the close of trading on May 18, 2026.
