Elisa’s transfer of company’s own shares

Basis for disposal: Based on the Board of Directors' decision, Elisa will transfer 1,900 shares to persons belonging to the Restricted Share Plan 2023 for the commitment period of 1 October 2025–1 October 2026. The shares will be transferred today, 26 October 2026.
