Decreased number of shares and votes in Norion Bank

Norion Bank today announced that, as of 30 October 2026, the total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 172,789,434.

During October 2026, the number of shares and votes in Norion Bank AB (publ) decreased as a result of the resolution on a reduction of the share capital adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 20 October 2026.

The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to reduce the share capital by SEK 13,379,223.760391 through redemption of the 16,993,100 shares held in treasury by Norion Bank, which had been repurchased under the two share buyback programmes implemented during 2026. As a result, the number of shares and votes in Norion Bank has decreased by 16,993,100. The share capital remains unchanged, since the Extraordinary General Meeting at the same time resolved on an increase of the share capital by way of a bonus issue without issuance of new shares, with the amount by which the share capital was increased being transferred from Norion Bank’s unrestricted equity to the share capital, thereby restoring the share capital to the same level as before the reduction.

As of today, 30 October 2026, the number of shares and votes in Norion Bank amounts to 172,789,434. As of the date of this press release, Norion Bank holds no treasury shares.
