Company Announcement no. 258/2026 (November 06, 2026)
On 30 October 2026, NORDEN initiated a share buy-back programme in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, (Safe Harbour regulation). The share buy-back programme runs from 30 October 2026 up to and including no later than 4 February 2027. For details, please see announcement no. 252 of 30 October 2026.
Under the share buy-back programme, NORDEN will purchase shares for up to a total of USD 15 million (approximately DKK 100 million). The following transactions have been made under the programme:

Since the share buy-back programme was initiated on 30 October 2026, the total number of repurchased shares is 29,500 at a total amount of DKK 11,055,300.
With the transactions stated above, NORDEN holds a total of 2,884,945 treasury shares, corresponding to 9.62 %. The total number of shares in NORDEN is 30,000,000. Adjusted for treasury shares, the number of shares is 27,115,055.
During the same period (30/10-26 – 05/11-26), major shareholder, Motortramp A/S, has sold 8,661 shares. Please see announcement no. 253/2026 and daily reporting.
