CEO acquires shares in eEducation Albert AB

eEducation Albert’s CEO Fredrik Bengtsson has today purchased 12,318 shares in eEducation Albert on Nasdaq First North Growth Market for a total of SEK 49,997.

Following these transactions, Fredrik Bengtsson holds, directly and through related parties, 2,812,318 shares and 400,000 warrants in eEducation Albert AB, corresponding to approximately 11.2 percent of the shares in the company.
