Cancellation of UIE treasury shares

Based on the authorisation given at the Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2026, UIE Plc. (“UIE”) hereby confirms the cancellation of 635,000 treasury shares with effect from 22 September 2026. The resulting capital reduction was duly registered with the Malta Business Registry and announced by the Malta Business Registry on 13 October 2026.
