ARCTIC FALLS CHANGES DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Arctic Falls Aktiebolag (publ) (“Arctic Falls”) previously convened its Annual General Meeting for Thursday, 12 November 2026. Due to an administrative error, the meeting cannot be held on that date. The Board of Directors of Arctic Falls has therefore decided to cancel the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 12 November 2026.

Arctic Falls’ 2026 Annual General Meeting will instead be held on Friday, 11 December 2026. Notice of the meeting will be announced in a separate press release and issued in the coming days.
