ALMA MEDIA’S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2027 

Alma Media Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2027 as follows:  

• Financial Statements Bulletin for the financial year 2026 on Thursday, 4 February 2027 at approximately 8:00 a.m. EET

• Interim Report for January–March 2027 on Thursday, 29 April 2027, at approximately 8:00 a.m. EET

• Half-Year Report for January–June 2027 on Thursday, 12 August 2027, at approximately 8:00 a.m. EET

• Interim Report for January–September 2027 on Thursday, 28 October 2027 at approximately 8:00 a.m. EET

Alma Media observes a silent period of 30 days prior to publishing financial reports. 

Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2026 will be published by Thursday, 18 March 2027.  

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 8 April 2027. Materials related to the Annual General Meeting will be available on Alma Media’s website.
