Acroud: restatement of Q1 and Q2 2026 interim reports
An accounting error was identified whereby both revenue and costs were overstated by the same amount in the consolidated income statement and iGaming Affiliation segment.
Revenue was overstated by EUR 1.1 million in the first quarter and EUR 1.1 million in the second quarter of 2026 resulting in a total overstatement of approx. EUR 2.2 million for the first half of the year. Other external expenses and personnel expenses were overstated by corresponding amounts.
The net effect is approx. zero and thus EBITDA is virtually unaffected. As a result, the EBITDA margin increased by approx. 1.2 percentage points in H1 2026.
